This mobile called my elderly mother telling her that £4,000 and then £2,000 had gone out of her bank acount. Thankfully my mother realised it was a scam because she does not have a large amount of money in her bank account and immediately put the phone down on the caller.

I received a phone call from a man called Charlie who was calling on behalf of yourlottoservice.l will be part of a syndicate of thousands hoping to win a lot of money each week. I gave my address and also some bank details. Looking at it now I am really not sure if this company is legitimate. Your comments on the afore mentioned would be much appreciated

As of writing, 3 different numbers tried to call me today (020 8956 2943, 020 8956 2230 and 020 8956 2601). They all start with 020, I don’t know anyone who owns those numbers, maybe the same individual is using different numbers to call me. Likely a fraud and now it’s harassing.

Bank Scam: Call to my landline - a recording of a female robotic voice with an American accent told me that 2 transactions has been made on my card that were potentially fraudulent. Got a phonecall saying that it was eon to arrange an appointment to fit a smart meter he asked if I would pay by direct debit or smart pay as you go when I said pay as you go je said there was a problem with the system and he would call back I contacted eon and they assured me that this is a scam and not one of their numbers

This call is from the Visa Debit Fraud pretending there is a pending transaction of £900 and to press one if this is not a transaction you recognise. I never pressed one, but I suspect if they did my bank details would have been requested. I checked with my bank there are no pending transactions

SCAM - Missed the call and dialled back. Automated message confirms company name as Equifirst. Further investigation seems to suggest it is a scam online investment racket. There is a legitimate company with the same name selling horse feed, but they are not located in the UK nor have an 020 number. Avoid!
Tclaimed to be paypal, all seemed fine untill he asked too many personal questions and then asked for the 3 digits from the back of my card, at which point the alarm bells went off. I cancelled the call
