Holly Baldwin, Silvershine Services called my mobile today, asking about the accident I had just had. Asked where she got my number she said Road Traffic Accident Department which obviously is twaddle, or there own internal RTA department. When pressed repeatedly about the department she put the phone down. Shame, I was just getting warmed up.

SCAM claiming to be from Virgin Media, sounded like an international call. I asked how she got my number - said it was to do with misuse of my IP address. Rude and ‘bossy’ could easily scare a vulnerable person.

SCAM / SPAM - Alarm went off on a Windows 10 Laptop - multiple tone and could not be stopped.. With a message reporting to be from Microsoft, asking the laptop owner to not switch the laptop off.
