I Presume they are phishing in order to action a claim. Personally I beleive these people are leeches, feeding off, and promoting the greed is good culture. The caller will tell you that he is trying to help you, he isn t - he s helping himself. Any positive response is like catnip to these people, even if you tell them you are not interested
