Domestic and General asking me if I wanted to have breakdown cover for my fridge freezer and cooker as well as my washing machine ( which I currently have). A bit insistent when I said no, and asked why so when I said ‘because I don’t want to’ she ended the call. It was quite a friendly manner but as above, quite pushy. Unknown number calling a TPS registered private number. It is one digit different from 01226666737, Gamma Telecom Holdings Ltd calling with a driveway scam that has been pestering my home number recently and may be the same. As usual, no message was left on the answerphone, which is always suspicious! Now blocked.

Called the number and they put the phone down on us clearly a fraud from a foreign country. Called bank and blocked account from been ripped off by these disgusting evil cretins. I believe the email I received regarding a BT bill is a scam like several previous ones as the address is not a BT one. This is the phone number quoted in the email.

Call received to my mobile 13.19 11/2. I get very few incoming calls hence suspected Spam call immediately. Decided to answer to have a bit off fun with the likely scammer but call cut off by the other party (remote dialler ?) as I went to answer. Foreign speaking male asked me to confirm my details as I was due a refund if £202 for over paying my bills over the telephone. He knew my name address but then got upset as I wouldn't give him my date of birth etc
