Insurance scam cold call twice 12.12.2022 at 12:59 and 15:19. When asked what they were trying to sell me, they closed the call. On the second occassion when I asked where they had obtained my number, they closed the call. I've now blocked.
Just got a call from this number. A computer generated voice allegedly from Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs saying that a letter had been returned to them undelivered and that legal proceedings would commence... At that point I hung up. I would assume that HMRC would have real people working for them, particularly if it was something legal.
My phone showed me that is a spam suspicious call, so I didn't answer it. I blocked!

Said they were phoning from Vodafone offering an Iphone14 for 35 pounds a month. Told them I had taken out a contract and asking if I wanted it for 2 months free free iPhone 14. Hi Everyone. I wasn't sure whether this message was spam or not, so I rang up Causeway Hospital switchboard and discovered that it was 100% genuine. They put me through to the Validation Team and they had all my details and these were correct. The appointment had been made 2 years ago, so that's why I wasn't sure about it (basically, due to this long covid-related delay, I'd forgotten all about seeing my GP back then and being referred on).
