I am suspicious of this number because after receiving a possible ?phishing call I made a 1471 call to discover the number the call came from I was given this number, which I rang. It was answered by a man who told me he was in Kent and i told him why I had called his number but nothing else(my name or location) i suggested he should look into how this could have happened and that his line might be compromised somehow.

Genuine Nat west fraud I telephoned my bank to verify this and was told to ring the number back as possible fraudulent activity is noted on my account. Lucky enough the bank was on the ball and I didn’t lose anything but they had denied £100s of pounds from being used on a gambling site

I was getting consistent calls from another number in the same area as this one which I blocked yesterday, and now today I’ve already had two calls from this number in the same area. This number called today at 13.01 asking to speak to Mrs Sarah McSherry. Informed her she had died twelve years ago. She apologised and I asked her to remove phone number from their list and she hung up. Number now blocked.
