I got a sms from someone who claims to be "Carl". He wrote that he is a friend of mine and wanted me to answer. Does someone knows more about this Carl?

My phone is a smart phone. so when they call my number it says scam or fraud in red writing which came up on my screen with an ! In red on my phone so I don't answer them.

Next time they call just say "hold on I ve got to turn the tap off." Then see how long they hold before they hang up.

Scam Claims to be BT Technical/Maintenance, wanting access to my broadband and computer. I m not even with BT ................ REPORT AND AVOID. Also uses the number 020619246531, and spoofs it with an INTERNATIONAL prefix.
