I suspect that it s a Skype type call from a foreign country - they usually come up with a number that looks like a uk STD code but could be from anywhere in the world.

I am getting numerous calls on a daily basis from 020 numbers - this one is the most frequent. Never leaves a message and when I answer no-one is there.
