Definitely is police . My car was stolen and I was call by that number and they told me my car was found in Greenwich.

The Redditch (01527) number followed by 419 and three subsequent digits (e.g. 01527 419134, 01527 419162 etc.) are used by an apparently unscrupulous debt collection agency that is based in Grosvenor House in Redditch. Have been calling for approx 18 mnths, first started calling 4/5 times a day, dropped to once a week until eventually once a month or so. Very persistant, been calling for over 18 months.
Had number of calls from this number. When I did not answer gat text from same number..
I play them at their own game.....their on commotion so every second wasted hurts them, so I play along giving them false details then after about ten mins I start to ask sexually explicate questions about them, their girl/boy friends and there mums......they don t know how to react when you ask if they prefer to wax or shave the bikini line......then I tell them I have to go as their mums out of the shower and ready to go at it hard again .....they actually put YOU on the block list if you waist THEIR time

This sounds very dodgy from the start but I played along, chatting with a lady with a foreign accent. It's eventually got to the stage where she asked me for my bank account and sorting code, at which point I asked her a very personal question. She then swore at me and hung up. She had mentioned postcode lottery, and assured me that I had won a European holiday and £399 in cash at one point she said the company was called something like travel and leisure.

I answered once, sad computer scam wanting all your computer details, told them I had no computer, they rang off immediately!!! There was a gap of a few months and then my call minder registers they call, regularly, sometimes three times a day. I now screen calls with call minder but it is maddening to have to clear the call minder daily as they are not the only Company who harass in this way. Would be great if this kind of thing could be stopped for good.

Caller saying they are Solicitors and they’ve got the record of the recent claim. Probably found the telephone number from the advert I am selling my car privately at the moment, so had the details of the make and model correct.
