SCAM / SPAM When answered phone, a recorded message began. It got as far as the word "Amazon" and I hung up. Probably the Amazon Prime scam doing the rounds again! I really wish there was some way for the government or telephone companies to stop people making all of these scam calls. I block the numbers but they must use lots of other ones as every time I try to search a number it hasn't previously been reported.

SCAM. Recorded bot message claiming a fraudulent case has been opened against you by HMRC. Instructed to dial 1 to be put through to an HMRC agent. If you don't an arrest warrant will be issued and you'll be arrested shortly.
Apparently I am up in court for fraudulent activity. Left an intimidating robotic voicemail which would frighten some vulnerable people. Rang me twice today so number now blocked.
