I was called by these people and sold a policy to cover my Hotpoint appliances for 12 months. The person seamed to know about my Hotpoint purchases and gave the impression that hes was actually from Hotpoint. I took out the cover and cancelled an existing cover with Legal and General. When I wanted a repair doing and contacted Hotpoint they arranged the repair and then told me I had no cover in place and billed me. I was called by this number this morning. They told me they were calling regarding my licence from MICROSOFT being lapsed. They told me they would be able to renew my licence and could show me how to remove hackers from my laptop. I allowed these people access to my laptop thinking I was removing the hackers and viruses from the laptop. They gained access to my files and I have had money removed from my bank account (now closed).

hello this company is a scam they have taken £9.99 from my bank account iv nether signed up to them I see on line they have taken the same from a lot of people the website says its closed to new members open times 8-6 have tried phoning all day and says its closed so the phone number and website is closed they use the name gold fish on the bank statements as well I really hope this helps anyone who needs it.
