Always a silent call and then phone goes down. As I have said before if you want my bank account (the one in Switzerland naturally) you just have to ask very very nicely. Someone somewhere was or is being scammed by some fake investment groups and it is sad, this experience is harder than many people think. Automated call system - took them 20 seconds to respond. Caller admitted it was a PPI call. I requested to be removed from their list.
