I m the MD that one person above is keen to tell everyone about. We identify our phone line (an 01422 number) and my mobile is also clear for all on our company website. I do this as we have nothing to hide. We operate strictly by the Market Research Society guidelines. We do not call anyone outside the hours of 9.30am to 9pm Monday to Friday or during the day on a Saturday. We sometimes call on a Sunday between 10am and 5pm depending on work volumes. Automated message told me my internet provider was going to disconnect me due to illegal activity within 24 if I didn't speak to a director. Told me to select 1 to speak to them.

Caller purported as acting as 3rd party for a Finance Company which I have just used (so far so good). Wasn t happy when started to ask for relatively minor details (address/post code) so caller advised not prepared to discuss further.
