This is a spam call from people purporting to be from BT Openreach advising there is a problem with my broadband connection. This is the fourth call I've had in a fortnight, all from different numbers, all callers with strong Asian accent and totally unable to deviate from the script they have in front of them. got called by this number on my mobile. No one ever calls on my mobile, except this number. I did make an insurance claim 2 years ago after someone dented a rental car I took out in Aus and didn't leave any contact details. Insurance company & Aus rental car company had my mobile number and these calls started 3 months after the prang, so I suspect my details were sold - probably by the insurance company to recoup their losses (I understand they do that sort of thing).
