SPAM Indian accent - had my full name and when I asked who was calling said national refund centre - told to remove my number from their database. Replied 'i can't do that, this is not a spam call' I disconnected. Have reported and blocked
Cold-calling to do with promoting books on Amazon.com for self-published authors. I am not the person they’re trying to contact, although they have the same name. Poor research on their part. They also have my email address. It looks like a London number, but I’m not 100% convinced that it’s UK based. They referred to Amazon.com, not Amazon.co.uk. Caller had an American accent. Judging by other reviews, they’re looking scam money from you. This is a new direction. SCAM

Call received - asking me to call back with no details of who the caller was or what they want
Picked up and some guy shouted g@yLord Leicester at me. nI asked what s that? He replied Kamran Qayyum g@ylord of Leicester. nI hung up and blocked the number.

called me repeatedly on my mobile phone, they had bought my details from a popular insurance comparison site for which i ticked the boxes to not have my details passed on, i have since blocked their number yet still receive calls everyday. I phoned back today and asked them to cease calls to me and they said they would delete me off their system.. fingers crossed!
Fraud
For unknown numbers, I let my answering machine do the work. If it was something serious, you would leave a message.
Called the number back and it was for accident and advice service so just a cold call

Fraud - text saying my Netflix bill hasn’t been paid which is rubbish. I haven’t clicked on the link as it’s a scam!
Live in Sweden, this number called me and hanged up when I said hello. Unsure if something will happen.
