But the 121 message service only catches the end of the message which asks you to press now to avoid court proceedings. Therefore this appears to be a Scam and the number should be treated with extreme caution. I was called from this number allegedly 'Virgin media' did not trust the caller so dialed it back to find out it was a residential number whose number had been scammed. On calling Virgin and my bank fortunately they never got anything. Just hang up and block number.

Missed call - unknown. Saw it come in on my what's app... I don't like people phoning me randomly on that platform as that for me is invite/acknowledged only. The country code is for India. So I deem it as slightly suspicious. No message saying who they are. I never pick numbers I don't know. if they are really legit, they could leave a message. I'm tempted to block this number.
