TalkTalk claim them but don t have records of their calls. They managed to cancel a transfer to another company without my permission. Talk Talk are prohibited from contacting you while a transfer is going through, other than by letter. I think this is an iffy way round the rules. They don t use TT main 0800 telephone number. No records kept. Trading standards next I think

Claims to be from Talktalk and has my Customer number but unable to quote my security password. VERY persistent and calls me about three or four times a month. A complete PITA and I wish they would die slowly and painfully from some disfiguring disease.

Two recorded message calls in an hour re: bank charges. Reported to TPS

Three times in the last 10 days this number has dialed my number. 020 is from London, I believe. I just let it ring until it switches off.

Someone somewhere was or is being scammed by some fake investment groups and it is sad, this experience is harder than many people think. This is the HP support number. I had been speaking to them about an issue with my HP laptop, so they did have a legitimate reason to call me a few days ago, but the case had been closed so I chose not to take this call.
