The woman told me she was from a Talk Talk department and was calling about my router. After making her repeat the same thing several times I told her I had had the same or similar calls about 150 times, knew she was nothing but a criminal and.....by that time she had rung off! A survey that I supposedly took some months ago, they asked if I have ever worked in a noisy environment and did it affect my hearing, after saying "pardon" about 5 times I tried another tactic,I continually ask for "their policy number" this seems to have done the trick as I haven t heard from them in weeks now.
Picked up call when visiting my very elderly mother. They knew her name but little more. They asked to speak to her but would not say who they were, but said it was important. I said I would not continue if they would not identify themselves @nd they terminated call. Asian man was calling. Don?t think they targeted her because of her age.
