It was a recorded message with a very polite womans voice stating she was from bank security advising that there was two suspicious transactions from my account one was £300 pound from Amazon and the other was a card transaction from abriad of £1300. The recorded message then asked me to press ONE to speak to an advsor. I hung up the phone immediately and called 1471 the call was timed at 1345 hrs on 26-01-2023,

An Asian accented female called from this number. Insisting she was from Vodafone. Said she had a deal for me and was given my number to offer this great deal but no details about my contract. I said she should have my contract, she said no, this went back and forth. The deal was worse then my current contract. I said she was wasting my time. She said I was wasting hers and got rude. I did not respond so there was a long pause, so I ask if he was going to continue, he put the phone down. I recently changed from o2. I've seen this with others, it would seem either o2 are selling our information to others, or potentially has staff exploiting their systems and our personal data.

This number called me with the male AI voice informed that I did something illegal. The call woke me up so I didn't in a condition to respond and the line was cut. I call back later and no one answer.
SCAM txt telling me my Apple Pay has been suspended. & to click the link to get it sorted. I don’t use Apple Pay. Opened the PayPal app & checked that, all up & running ok on there. So obviously a scam. I fwd the txt to Action Fraud then blocked the number & deleted it.
This number rang my mobile at 9.52am (21/4/23) - but on answering it came up as not allowed and shows as a missed call, so that raised a red flag. Initial research came up as a Sarah Oakley on LinkedIn advertising vacancies in the UK . However, this next search as come up as from being in Russia, making me even more suspicious of who or why they are calling as I have no connection to Russia or Sarah.

Claimed to be HMRC, about an important letter sent … press button 1. The fourth such call I have received in the last few days, all from different numbers. Telltale: automated message, with no attempt to give my name or any identifying references. Avoid!

Caller said name was PERRY HUTHES asked numerous personal questions managed to get my mum and dad's ages and details about house security before my mum managed to get the phone off Dad. suggested working with Warwickshire police - vague enough to not be an outright lie wanted to get someone into the house for a sales visit. hard sell rather than scammer I think, but still very annoying and careful probing for personal details set the alarm bells ringing.
Recorded voice claimed to be from 'Bank security'. I immediately hung up. If it had been genuine, there would have been a call back? Nothing further.

Very persistent - when I told them I didn't know my postcode they called back the following night. Even provided me with a (mobile!) number I could call to check that they really were Vodafone.
