I made a purchase over the phone and instantly regretted it as I was worried I'd just been scammed, but I rang up Carphone Customer Services and it was a legitimate transaction that had gone through their system. Answered the call and was asked if I have problems with debts etc When I answered No the girl I spoke to put the phone down. I could hear lots if other people talking on a phones in a background and it sounded like a typical call centre. I advice not to trust.
