02382-2800861 @1451hrs on Mon 5 Apr 21: Apparent sales call man did not introduce himself or say name yet asked how I was - said insulation company near Reading - asked about loft insultion and condensation check survey. I said not interested and he hung up without sayi g anything not even thank you or good bye. Could be sales or scam - either way why would anyone want to do business with an unknown company who are rude? Also tel code is not Reading, but Southampton/Po so suspicious - probable dishonesty

This is the same recorded message that I receive at least once a day. It mentions several banks that may owe me money and to press 5. They never provides the company name. If you receive an unsolicited recorded message or live call and you are registered with TPS (Telephone Preference Service) get as much info as you can and complain at ico.org.uk. The ICO say this situation is improving as they are not getting as many complaints. But it is more than possible that fewer people are complaining. Please don t

SCAM - telling me i've got PPI money coming to me to the value of £3,619 and can I give my bank account details, which I did not do, however he was able to tell me my address (where has he got that info from ?!) Obviously don't give this caller your bank account details, clearly a SCAM.
Nuisance call. Rang and asked for me and asked me to confirm the company I work for then hung up. Number unobtainable when I rang back. Someone up to no good!
This number is the UK Automobile Association (AA), it is one of I imagine many tele-sales numbers. I requested quote online for breakdown cover and now in undated daily for last two days with calls. They ring right up to viocemail service but leasve no message. Either a sales agent is trying their luck or an auto dialer is trying for them.
