A woman called stating she is from BT and my internet has a problem. I said i was busy going to work " she said," Go to hell" . I said ok. thanks. This is riddiculous!!!! its getting out of hand. Someone needs to stop these theives. Very dangerous. Hang up or say nothing better than arguing as they have my ex directory number..how? this is a serious problem!!!!!
SCAM Pretending to be Royal Mail stating you need to pay eg, £2.99 for postage before they will deliver. If you get a text just block the number and do not provide any names or bank details. Royal Mail are already aware of the scam. The scammers are in Russia
I tried to log in but couldn't remember passwords, so tried to do it on laptop as they had sent me a text to my phone, but wife told me not to as it could be a scam, as they have never had a problem taking money for bills before? and when i checked the bill isn't due until the 18th and when you look at the info on the top of the phone it starts with telephone number but 02 always start with 02 uk so beware.
