Polite British accented woman responded, informing me she was from some hearing company - she knew my name and asked me if I had ever worked in an industry that involved loud noise. I responded saying that I have never worked in an environment that affected my hearing. She then asked what industry I have worked in. Always press 9 to remove from caller list but keeps phoning. When I connected I asked 11 times to be removed from their database they just kept asking why I didn t want the money I m owed. Asked to speak to supervisor told he was a supervisor, this needs reporting to ofcom.

Have never answered the call, getting a call every day and sometimes twice a day. Very persistent and annoying me now. Now going to try to block it.

Rang during day call went to answer phone & they rang off with no message.

Received an International Call, from an Asian man, who claimed to be calling from the MOJ, as ?3,452 was mine to be claimed. I was to call 02081332009 with the ID number he gave me. I didn t call it but info online suggests they require you to pay for taxes in order to release the funds. This could be anything from ?90 to ?250, via a Ukash voucher. They would then take the serial number of the voucher and cash it, and you d never hear from them again.

Someone called me from this number and asked me if I was "my own name". I stupidly confirmed it and then confirmed my email address. They started telling me about an iPad that I had won. <> <> <> Then followed a lot of swearing on my part before they hung up. Next time, if someone asks who I am, I ll ask who they are before hanging up.
