Said he was from Amazon and was phoning about my job resistant order for an iPhone. Wanted to talk about my email then hung up. Appeared to be potentially a scam.
Pretending to be an officer of coat of protection! Said he needed my full name and postcode, I said I wasn’t prepared to provide such information and said I need to take this info to the nearest court and hung up.

This number has called me 3 times today 01256844744 on my mobile and then left a voicemail message today 21st March 2022 on reflection I have had this number before sometime last year getting Fed up with it now.I live in Cheshire and don’t know anyone in Basingstoke.
Just received a call from this number from an articulate young man who attempted to argue with me when I questioned who he was and shouted over me rather than listening to what I was saying. It was apparently something to do with green energy and saving me money. I said I did not deal with cold callers and asked him not to ring again as he could not save me money as my energy bills are fixed but he said I did deal with cold callers as I had answered the phone! It was altogether a very unpleasant call.
"Megan" from "Nationwide Fire Safety" claimed that we had a quote last year (2021) for inspection of 5 fire extinguishers for 89+vat but that has expired, but she can offer us 67+vat for 5 and 5+vat for each new one for an inspection on the 24th of October at our Ashford, Kent address. We have never had fire extinguishers, we moved from Kent over 8 years ago and have never received a quote from this company (which doesn't actually seem to exist!).

This was a call from Retail Trade Domestic Ltd, a legitimate caller regarding business matters. They are appliance suppliers in Basildon.

A company calling themselves "Housing Disrepair Management" falsely claiming I reported a problem to a housing association and trying to get details from me, despite the fact that they couldn't tell me my name or where I lived. If this is as others say ..Everest. that company went bust in 2019 and is now called everest 2020. They still owe or Chapel more than 4k deposit back. I have had this number blocked since last year because it kept ringing and there was nothing there . It just came up again as a blocked call today.. and yesterday. It was not ghe number I had as a contact for Everest or Everest 2020.
