Apparently this is the Energy Advice Team and I thought this company were just cold calling me. I soon realised that they were just responding to my application regarding an air source heat pump and solar pv panels on either Facebook or Instagram. They call you and you cant call them back! No message left from them either. When you try to call back the number does not exist and it does not connect you. A few of these outgoing numbers only around.
