This is a scam. They have listed several properties in Europe that are fake on Airbnb and make you pay via a fake Bookings.com website.

Michael the northerner posing as someone who lives in Ferndown, BH postcode, scamming multiple people out of £1000 for a deposit on a van (van make/model changes).
