They phone you just after *they* request access to your account via your phone company's website by using the "Forgotten Password" link, so that the real phone company will send an OTC (one-time-code) to your mobile for verification. These criminals then call you saying they're from your phone company and ask for the OTC that you've just received. Spent 2 minutes on this call with a guy saying he was from tax office. He said I was hiding my tax money. It ended up with him threatening to come to my house tomorrow to collect. He also said I had to have 10 years receipts from anything I bought! A very aggressive caller! Beware!!
