When I was called today from this phone number, my phone showed me that is a spam suspicious, so I didn't answer!
This number is calling a shut-down PBX number in a municipal office PBX outside UK. Probably scam caller.
Silent call - call was local to us and no-one responded when I answered the phone. On calling back, I got the 'Whoops, you may want to try that number again' message. Have had this from a Leeds number recently - suspect scam.
07363953461 is a FAKE scam CLI being used by an offshore call centre. They call folks and pretend to be calling from BT, regarding error logs received from your internet connection. The idea is to ask you to download remote desktop software to gain access to your computer, then attempt to bamboozle you with made up technical nonsense whilst in the background they copy your files and internet settings in the hope that yo have stored online banking credentials.

A Asian guy called saying I have been awarded a 30% discount for being a loyal customer O2 customer. i Left O2 over a couple of years ago, so I checked the number out online while he was talking and the number was listed as a scam call, so knew it was a scam. Spam. Was an automated message with threat that my internet is going to be disconnected. I have a BT line, so I put the phone down on it and then picked it up and waited for dial tone and then dialled 1572, which allowed me to block the last calling number. Not sure if that blocking facility works on other providers landlines. But worth a try. It's a neat facility.
