This number is costing me £2.50 every time I receive a text from them, but I have never contacted them or subscribed to anything!!! 02 wont do anything as its a third party and I've tried sending a "stop" message as 02 told me to, to no avail. Just had a call from "BT". Told me to put my computer on as there was error messages from our broadband. I asked why the genuine BT engineer who visited yesterday hadn't picked anything up. He was stumped - off script. He told me I needed to log in to my computer. I asked him why my computer was needed to sort out the hub. He (Asian) asked me if I spoke English!!!!! Oh how I laughed and said "what did you just say?". He then told me I was stupid and hung up.
