They called saying that they were offering a free loft survey to see whether there was any asbestos there. This seemed to be quite unlikely in my home so I decided it was a scam.
This number is unobtainable. Probably illegal and a scam caller.

Spam, an automatic voice said that was from HMRC, and they send me a letter for taxes refund.
I don’t know how or why this landline number would call me from Glasgow given tho I don’t have any relatives or engage with any business in that country.

A female voice, who did not identify herself said that she wanted to speak to the home owner. I told her to ring my landlord. She then rang off. She did not use her name or my name, a typical SCAM attempt which failed as I went off script.
Missed a call to my mobile from this unknown local Nottingham number. Suspicious as I haven't given my number to any but a handful of friends, and my doctor/dentist/pharmacy. No message left. Another caller-trace service says this number was first detected 11 days ago, but there were no reports about it. When I checked 10 minutes ago, *this* service said there had been 16 searches in the last 10 days. Now when I've returned 20 minutes later it says there have been 20 searches. 01854936464 Indian call centre telemarketing Business reports although they do not understand (We do not take marketing calls) that they are marketing a service or product. Heavy Indian accent but said name was David Jones! LOL
Call center - someone claiming to be from Carphone Warehouse. They said they had an offer and when I said I'm not interested, they wanted information about my current phone deal. I hung up.
This call is a scam call reputed to be from London, when the "lady said her name was jane in an Asian accent, I asked if she was in Nagapur India the line went dead.
