My record will show that I have been alert through two telephone contacts from my sheltered housing flat in ensuring that my bills are timeously paid with appropriate assurances. I, no-one I know, and no-one in their right mind would answer an unknown number. After searching through hospital numbers for fear it might be a dear friend trying to get in touch I found tonight the 10 or more calls came from my energy supplier with whom prior arrangements were amicably in place. Riverside's "Tenancy Enforcement" team, calling to complain that I haven't been available to let the gas safety inspector into my flat.

Continuous calls from this number saying they do all of BT Renewals! I have an online account with BT and direct access to BT, and any changes or renewals to my accounts are dealt with direct, so why are they bothering me? I have told them to stop or I will make a formal complaint.

Accident claims

Received a text from this number with a link to a bogus paypay verification website to unlock my account only days after an attempted phising / fraud / potential theft exercise after using Gumtree. Links to Nigeria. Reported to Paypay.

Just been called by this number. Very unprofessional asking if I have life insurance with Aviva or Legal and Genreal. Claimed to be from Aviva, but couldn t tell me why he was asking. Hung up on him.

Claimed to be BT. But became offensive and said I don't know shit when I refused his nonsense!

Cold calling multiple times a week for the past few months. Calls sometimes silent, if not answered a pre recorded voicemail is left. I have explained multiple times that I have no interest in dealing with the company. Company reported to Ofcom October 2014

I am abroad, I have had calls from this +44 20 7097 0859, two or three times a day for the last two days. NO message and it when I did answer it seemed to cut off. On calling it, its GLOBAL something and seems like RUBBISH and does not really connect. Generally not good.

Call from Kalkirk. That's all I got! Tried calling back, couldn't get through.
