Called and said was calling on behalf of BT, our line was due a review... very deceptive, especially since we dont use BT haha... Anyway, called him on it he started to backtrack about how he didnt refuse to give the information... yeah didnt offer it either. Do not work with these people no matter what

Lady with asian accent cold called and had details of address. Wanted to sell us boiler cover and that we were paying too much with our previous provider, could not provide us with details of who we currently have boiler cover (we dont have any which gives the game away) although played along for a while for a laugh. Claimed the company was in Crawley and called Utility Care. She hung up. Searches on internet cannot find this company, most likely a scam to get bank details.
