Phone rings, you answer. Puase. No-one there, until eventually a real woman says "Hi, I n Chantelle Brown of [garbled] and I ve been informed you ve been involved in a road accident that wasn t your fault." at which point you put the phone down. Clearly an illegal automated dialling system, passing any calls that are answered on to one of their human operators who then reads from a script. Get a nicer job, "Chantelle".

My advise to people is to cancel your bank card at your bank stating the reason for cancellation as this loan company may take further funds. You will then receive a new bank card which will stop them from taking further funds.
