They have called four times in the last three days. This is about a new boiler, feel they are taking the mickey out of us now, as we have spoken to them every time and said we are not interested.
Answered the call. Noone spoke. Just a lot of background office noise for about a minute and then the call ended.

This call came out of the blue, saying they were from southern water who are doing surveys in m y area and wanted to come to my home to help me reduce my water bill by adding water devices. I hung up blocked number and informed Southern water.
SCAM Rang my work number saying they were BT (not our provider) and said our router was Comprimised. Knowing it was a scam, I played along to waste their time. They tried to get me to connect to what would undoubtedly look similar to a BT site to then connect my PC to the site. They got bored of us trying to keep them on the line so they didn't scam some OAP. They gave up and hungup.

It is a Decision Direct company - who deals with claiming back PPI - They were a bit shady with my information so I ended the call.
They had the cheek to call me again - when I was busy of course - with their wretched recorded message saying it was not too late. I think they can be prosecuted for this harassment and dishonesty, pretending people have claims when they know nothing about whether they have or not, and be heavily fined. After being placed in a que, an Indian Woman asked me what I wanted and I said You called me she said she hadn't... Wouldn't or couldn't confirm my NINO, Name, DOB or Benefit Type...
