NEVER call and unknown caller back. You may be calling a Premium Rate or International number which will add a very large charge to your bill.

Rang once ... i called back thinking it was a client. Waste of time company trying to offer some type of services related to me having a credit card or loan. PPI?

This number is one of a group that has recently called me and appeared to be a scam of some sort. I answered and waited before speaking any, and after three seconds they hung up. They say acting on behalf of credit card company,selling you a type of PPI or book of vouchers for about £7 a month,utter worthless nothing you normally buy.The discount offered is nothing you cannot get by asking supplier direct

Will try to get information out of you, making you think they can help you claim for an accident. Very good at sounding like they know what they re talking about!

They call you and you cant call them back! No message left from them either. When you try to call back the number does not exist and it does not connect you. A few of these outgoing numbers only around.

Received unsolicited calls from 0114 319 0673 even though I m signed up to the telephone preference service. Looks like they are faking their outgoing number which means they must be scammers. Don t bother answering or calling back.

Perfectly normal NHS appointment reminder service. Excellent if your appointment was made some time ago it alerted me to the fact I have a specialist appointment tomorrow.

It s frightening scam saying I ve committed tax fraud and owe them 2200 pounds. Pay now or face arrest court extra fees up to 29000 pounds. Identified himself as Ken Nolan with warrant number etc. Sounded foreign but convincing.
