An automated vioce usually, claiming various things, in this instance, claiming to be an automated message from my 'bank' regarding a suspicious £300 Amazon charge, it then asks you to press a button option to respond. Don't do it, as I recall, doing so ensures you will get put on a list for more calls, simply because a 'human' responded

Banking Call from Indian sounding lady, says was calling from a business called Block Chain about my investments.
