I parted with money, and had remote access install the programme (I later found they had not, when I went to use the online support, and found I had no security programme from this company). This is THEFT. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM!

This is genuine. I just had it and went into HSBC nearby me and called from there, but annoyingly it was over a £10 payment! Waste of time, but at least they do check from time to time. Agree that they should have this number up on their website, and also it came up as Withheld on my mobile, so I didn't answer it anyway.
