I receive many such calls but they never leave a message. If a message was left I would respond. If I answered all such calls I wouldn't have sufficient time to run my own business. Caller asked me if I remember the car accident I’d had? Well, unless I’m concussed and / or lost my memory as a result of it … then no, I can’t remember it due to not actually having an accident. An Asian (oriental) sounding voice speaking barely understandable pigeon English. Just received a call from this number from an articulate young man who attempted to argue with me when I questioned who he was and shouted over me rather than listening to what I was saying. It was apparently something to do with green energy and saving me money. I said I did not deal with cold callers and asked him not to ring again as he could not save me money as my energy bills are fixed but he said I did deal with cold callers as I had answered the phone! It was altogether a very unpleasant call.

SCAM FRAUD Scammer claiming to be from Starling. He will try to get you to approve a high value transaction, he tried £751. I used him to check if my info actually was leaked and then I rejected the transaction and cancelled my card lol. Pretty funny call, although dangerous to those who aren’t very IT literate. I hope the lad is able to find a job soon so he can stop the scams, assuming he actually wants to stop…
