This appears to be a London no. but 0020 is the Egypt country code. I had an answerphone message left on my landline in a computer generated voice which claimed to be a legal call and was telling me to phone 02031296250 to prevent them taking legal action against me. It ended with a threatening "Take care".

Put phone down when I picked up.
SPAM. It is almost similar to One-ring scam.. But actually I got a full ring and sometimes i used to attend but it will cut immediately. Now I googled and realized it could be a scam. Similar numbers are +442076289323, +442079735358, +442070154412
Just had a call from this number, yet another this is BT stating that there is suspicious activity on my line, Heard it all before just another scam, they never seem to give up, hung up right away and blocked.
