Cold call, used through a re-routing system so it looks like a local number. they were trying to inform me of new debt services and legislation to wipe my debt...I don't have any. Noisy background, the guy was out walking when he answered. Ignore and block.

This is a false phone number. As at Jun 2017, only 0239 (Portsmouth) and 0238 (Southampton) are valid.
This number should be a landline from London - I haven't found any ratings for this number somewhere else on internet resources, which should be a good sign... Does someone have some experience with this one? Was trying also different formats of this numbe

Called me stating they were looking to compare my energy bills and if I completed a survey with them they would give me 5 lines on the Lottery. Informed them I do not pay the bills in the property I live in and they asked for my postcode and then hung up. Definite scam, blocked number.
