The caller said that my boiler needs to be serviced and they can send someone over. Where did he get my number, I do not know. I said that my boiler was only checked and he only said: "Certainly not by professionals." Yes professionals call without permission.
Government Claimed to be from investigation department of national crime agency.
Received a text message. I was charged 4.50£ in my next bill. Very disappointed and currently reporting to EE.
