We are on the TPS. Got a call from pushy salesman who started into a sales presentation about Delivered and the services they provide. Told him we were on the TPS. Kept going, Told him again that we were on the TPS. His reply.. "Is that the courier company you use right now?"

Claimed they from smart insurance & company changed from original. They knew lots of info about insurance. Asked for acc details, put phone down and immediately rang my appliance insurance company and they said they havent been taken over by smart insurance. I felt relieved that i hadnt given out my bank details but its shocking how lnowledgeable they were and the information they currency had on it. Blocked immediately. Pls beware and be careful.
Automated call in best BBC English telling me that my national insurance number is about to be suspended because of a number of illegal actions and offences involving it. Then instructed me that I MUST press one to speak to an officer. Quite clearly a scam and I put the phone down at this point.
