I think the best way to hit them where it hurts (if you have the time) is to keep the on the line as long as possible, keeping them thinking you are/might be interested, without giving out personal (or real) details. Just read a few comments saying its Natwest and genuine. It may be a Natwest number but these are scammers. One post suggested you ring your bank from an alternative phone which is okish. Best to drop in to your local branch (if you can find one) Do not use the phone you received the message on or your regular mobile as they may have access to both.
