So they have successfuly not told you what the call is about, they have withheld the companies name and they expect you to write to them if wish to vent your anger at a real person
bt are trying to charge me for this number called at 3AM. i have never dialled this number and BT are trying to bully me into paying for two of these types of calls. It is a problem BT are aware of and allowing these companies to commit fraud and steal from innocent members of the public. Someone needs to put a stop to this crime! i will be starting small claims proceedings against BT to get my money back i implore more people to do the same
