Called & said he is from BT Openreach about my internet, which we do not use, first tried to confirm who I am- when I told him we do not have internet in this house he immediately put the phone down on me!!! Called by this number today at 2.55 - no-one on the other end when I said hello.
An English voice. He asked for me by the correct name and when I said yes he said "Hello Maam, I'm Dean Baker, I'm calling from Microsoft, it's about your computer, how are you today?" I replied with "Oh yes, I've heard all about this type of call, do you still want to carry on?" The phone went dead even before I'd finished my sentence.
