Man saying from amazon prime and my subscription for amazon prime is up for renewal. Noisy background like a call centre. Got very aggressive when I said I have not/never subscribed to amazon.

Could not pronounce my name and offered a discount on all my white goods as I hadn't claimed in the last 6 months..... Had my address and postcode then for their records asked for Bank sort code ..... you can guess what said then !
01618204651 Said they were wanting to survey my loft as the insulation put in some years back is causing dampness. They had no clue of my name or address. Just another scam caller I told not to ring back.
Said they were from customer care but the line was very crackly and couldnt hear what else, she was English which surprised me.

"Bank of Scotland" left concurrently 2 text messages and a voicemail, & phoned from 0333 045 9640. 1st text said "You will shortly receive a text from Bank of Scotland Card Services to confirm recent activity on your card ending xxxx" (the actual numbers on my card). 2nd text said fraudulent purchase of £349 from Apple had been blocked.
