They appear to be a firm of debt collectors, or acting on behalf of one. Don t interact with them in any way, they have no right to harass anyone. Here s what to do the next time they call. Don t hang up, but don;t say anything either. Just play them some background music until they eventually leave you alone.

This is a scammer's number. They claimed to be from EE accounts department to say my last 2 payments have not been made via debit order and could I press 1 to update my account details. He was very insistent that I do it right now or my account would be closed my phone cut and costly penalties incurred. I hung up as I am not and never have been with EE.
