We had exactly the same situation happen as described above, Sarah Parker was incredibly aggressive and rude to both myself and my Director on numerous occassions when we tried to question her over her fictional invoice, when i asked to speak to her manager she hung up on me. this number has been calling me daily for a week, they wont get anywhere, i only have a house phone for telecare due to illness, having read other reviews it appears to be a comparison site trying to earn commission by getting you to switch service providers.

This number calls daily, when I block it the final digit changes,descending order. Also leaves an automated voice message which is impossible to understand apart from the words “nothing to worry about, we will call you again”
