Got a call at 3:45pm from this number today after looking there phone number up on google they are PPI Scammers and they are using different phone numbers including this phone number 01633473396 linked to the same scammers so please beware of these criminals. Claimed to be from carphone warehouse offering an upgrade for phone; i didn't believe them as never purchased anything from carphone warehouse. Was an Indian call center; possibly some sort of scam?

i am getting 2 calls a day from this number one in the morning and the afternoon, even on a sunday, i have answered it a couple of times but no one on the other end. tried ringing back but nothing, tried getting the number blocked with orange but they can t do anything??
Keeping getting this number telling me they are social and council repair keep telling them not to call me 01223609765
As we don t know anyone living in that area wondered if it was a scam!

SCAM Say they are from a property company calling to discuss issues in my house. When i said i haven't got any issues in the house they immediately hung up.
Woman called advising she was calling from Wessex Water and would like to carry out a recorded customer survey. Upon more pressing she advised that she was actually a third party who had found our company information online (she asked for our company secretary who has no dealings with our utility services, so clearly went onto Companies House and sourced the information from there).
Missed call
Scam. Told me he was from Carphone Warehouse who I have no business with.
