SCAM Fake 'Hermes delivery driver' is scamming people with convincing texts 'Hermes: We attempted to deliver your parcel today and was unsuccessful, to reschedule delivery please follow the link'. On clicking the link the receiver is met with a convincing website that looks almost identical to the Hermes official site where it asks for bank details to make payment for the £1.45 redelivery charge.
so far these scammers have phoned me 4 days in a row, 6 on day 1, 3 times day 2, twice yesterday and so far twice today.. When they actually do speak or you hear something.. its either a recording telling you your about to be disconnected from BT and press 1 to connect to bt.. premium rate number.. or you get a indian claiming to be from bt, or they just keep saying hello before putting the phone down.
Yet another call no one speaking try to ring back and just get music they have rang 9 times in two days from various numbers but same music each time you ring back

Called me 24 times today. told them 5times I haven t had an accident. Finally told them to f off, still got about 15 calls after. Very difficult to get them to drop the number, and I think when they do, they pass your number to another of the same type of scum. One one call I was told to f off, and on another I was called an assailed. Very professional company.

I left this comment on the Voxbone SA Scam Number function, which is apart of their website. Number seems to possibly be a missed call scam of a 0845 number. The number calls at around exactly the same time everyday, and leaves a voicemail that is completely blank. The idea of the scam is to make the mobile owner not pick up, but cost them on their next bill. Even though the caller did not initiate the call, the phone company will state they did. Claimed to be National Accident Helpline Solicitors. Said I had been in a car accident and was due compensation. Wanted to know my personal details so i made up a lot of false rubbish and wasted their time. Obvious scammers.
Received a call from this number on 20/12/14 and let it go to ansaphone as I didn t recognise the number and get a large number of nuisance calls. If people start to leave a message, I pick up. If they don t leave a message (as on this occasion) I check for others experience with the number after the call, and I was not surprised to discover that it s another one of these tiresome attempts to gain access to my computer.
